Sensing the Seasons invites you to slow down, listen and reconnect ~ not only with the shifting landscape around you, but with the subtle changes within. As the year turns, each retreat offers space to pause, soften and come back into balance through seasonal practices that honour nature’s wisdom.
Across each three-hour retreat, you’ll be guided through Aroma Yoga, meditation, hands-on Reiki, seasonal aromatherapy and a deeply restorative EcoNidra journey. Movement and stillness are woven together with care, allowing the nervous system to settle and the senses to awaken. No two retreats are the same ~ each is shaped by the energy, qualities and invitation of the season it reflects.
These afternoons are not about fixing or striving, but about remembering ~ how to live in rhythm with nature, how to listen inwardly, and how to meet each season with presence, compassion and ease.
Individual seasonal retreats sit beneath this offering, allowing you to join one, or return again and again as the year unfolds.
