Ease into your tuesday with Morning Gentle Flow, a 30-minute online yoga class designed to bring calm, balance, and gentle movement to your morning.

Held every Tuesday at 8:30am via Zoom, this class focuses on slow, flowing movements and breath awareness to help you feel refreshed and centered. Essential oils are optional, allowing you to personalise your experience.
