Where Savasana meets Nature Connection

EcoNidra is a blend of deep relaxation with practices deepening our connection with ourselves and with nature as a whole.

Using my voice and a series of nature-based visualisations and soundscapes I will guide you through 3 journeys together

These sessions are currently held on zoom ~ various dates

£12 per live session

Experience the magic

with added touches of essential oils, crystals, oracle cards, and soothing nature's melodies, creating a special session just for you.

Treatments held at the Camomile Lawn Garden Studio in Southwater, Total Therapy Studios in Horsham & BodyWise Boutique Wellness in Warnham.
