EcoNidra is a blend of deep relaxation with practices deepening our connection with ourselves and with nature as a whole. It is a branch of the ancient practice of yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, which it combines with nature connection practices. It helps cultivate eco consciousness, plants seeds of transformation and encourages kindness.
Using my voice and a series of nature-based visualisations and soundscapes I will guide you through 3 journeys together, the first is through the senses, the second through the body and the third is into the natural world. The session lasts for 40-45 minutes and your mind, emotions and body are relaxing in such a deep way that you may feel more refreshed than after a couple of hours of sleep.
